I started my membership in spring of 2014 and loved the services provided...the laser technicians were always so nice as well as the lady at the front desk. I visited for 7 areas to be treated, some of the areas purchased when the tech bundled 4 areas for steal! Trchnician would also do my happy trail or toe or finger hair without me even asking. Disclaimer: This company gives out gift cards to new clients to write good reviews about them online. Every time I visit here, they ask me to write a review about my treatment, and tell me about the current “deal” to buy more treatments. It almost makes me dread going. They asked me to do this after only receiving one treatment, which I didn’t do because I wanted to wait until I was at least done with my first initial 8 treatments. UPDATE 10/20/15 DO NOT CALL IF YOU LIVE IN CINCINNATI!!! They just up and moved all their offices to Columbus and Louisville and not if you have just started a treatment or are currently in the middle of one you have to commute to either of those locations. So for me that means a 5 hour day to get laser treatment on my legs and that doesn't even include the time for the treatment or the additional cost to drive there. I am beyond agitated. I have done 4 treatments so far at Premier Laser Spa of Cincinnati and I have already seen a huge difference in my hair growth. They are always so friendly when I am there and definitely want you to be happy with their treatments and service. If you are looking for laser hair removal, this is a great place to go. They also run specials every month which is a major plus!
I am halfway through my treatments and am very happy with my experience. Amy is SUPER--she's fast at performing treatments and quickly put me at ease about the process. I had another area treated at a local competitor and find Premier to be less expensive and saw faster results in less treatments at Premier. I appreciate seeing the same person for my appointments, which has happened every visit except one at Premier (and that staff member was great too) and rarely happened at the other location.
