Let's start with positives : staff is very friendly, positive, and nice. They remember your name and honor coupons. Their prices never change, so you know you won't miss a "black friday" or "labor day" sale. The staff does not pressure you to buy anything. I really wish the positives outweighed the negatives though. The facials are an absolute scam. I felt cheated of my money, played, and left, not feeling good about myself.
