Lazy and unprofessional. They did the landscaping at SeaWorld and absolutely destroyed half the plants. They cut off the entire root ball, and put the plant on the surface of the ground without digging a hole, or they'll nor dig the entire hole and leave half the root ball sticking up 5ninches above the ground. They never pack dirt around the plants. They won't stand up often because the roots are destroyed before being planted. They leave trash around the plant beds. They're sloppy and disrespectful.
