I had a challenge that was being mismanaged by my HOA, I thought Elite was the issue. Turns out the problem was with the representative handling HOA issues. I called and talked to Elite myself and got the issue resolved with no problems. Great company with good service. I will be recommending them.

Please do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this landscaping company. They have terrible manners and show little respect for people’s property. They’re contracted by our HOA to cut the lawns in the neighborhood, but they leave a mess behind every time. They’re careless, unprofessional, and need to learn how to clean up after themselves.

This company is contracted by our HOA to mow and trim our yards in SE Wichita. Most of the time they don’t trim or edge the yard at all. Sometimes they skip mowing complete spots in the backyard and this year they are always blowing the grass from the edging up onto my patio and porch. The neighbors around me have mentioned that they’re having the same issues.
