I brought my elderly parents today and wondered why they came to this particular lab due to the fact it’s further than others they could go. I soon realized why! The lady at the counter was patient and kind to their needs while they tried to retrieve the items they needed to provide, even went as far as to assist them in getting them from the wallet (my dad has bad arthritis and it make it difficult). When we first went in, the lab tech dropped half the stuff that was needed to do the labs. She put the band around my son's arm before she even had anything ready. Over a week later im called to go pick up his results. I check them and they didn't even draw enough blood for one of the required test. Not only do we have to go through the trouble or calling his specialist and getting more labs requested but this child has to redo blood work that should not have had to be done again for another 6 months. The owner Valerie is not a nice person at all. She's arrogant, condescending, and enjoys patronizing others, like people should be intimidated. If it wasn't for her beautiful and friendly staff, she would not be supported nor gain the recognition she the thinks she deserves. Her reviews on here are definitely inaccurate, and she strategically has her people in place to cover up who she truly is. NO GOOD!!
