Where do I even begin? I've been a loyal Premier Kia customer for over four years — purchased my 2022 Kia Telluride here and trusted them with every service visit. That loyalty was repaid with dishonesty, incompetence, and a $240.06 slap in the face on my way out the door. I brought my Telluride in on a Thursday after they agreed to diagnose an issue. Amazing staff! Bought my KIA here in 2020 and I come back for oil changes. Always a great experience across the board.
I had a great experience today. I came in for my oil change. And immediately, Mike recognized me, greeted me, knew my name helped me out. Always takes good care of me. I was here, and about 7 months ago, getting my car fixed. He always kept me updated very impressed with Mike. Made me feel like I'm part of the family here.
