Since I've got the original model of the Telluride car from Premier Kia, I always brought the car in for an annual service or parts replacement to the same dealer service department! Dan (service advisor) has been very helpful and communicative. He also delivered the result of the estimation and the service time. I can rarely get a loaner due to the shorter time of when I booked the day of the service, however they arranged a drop off for me with their own vehicle and driver, which was convenient! Greg and Tyler are outstanding! They made the entire car-buying process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. They even caught a mistake on my insurance effective date and helped me fix it with the insurance company so I could drive home insured. Honest, helpful, and easy to work with- strongly recommend!
Dan & the rest of the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, & caring. They made it easy for me to obtain a loaner. Also kept me updated every step of the way, as we awaited a backordered part. Michael Crosby told me upfront what it needs to be done very honest. And they got the job done within an hour and a half which is amazing. The other Kia dealerships said it’d be a five hour job. I would totally recommend going to Brantford Kia.
