It is so heartening to meet people who are gracious, respectful, considerate, and talented. From the first phone conversation I could tell that I'd made the correct call. Options were thoroughly explained and we could not be happier. No upsale, no pressure, and great work.
My Sprinkler pump had to be replaced after 20 years. I contacted Premier Irrigation. I called late on a Friday and left a voice mail. Early Monday morning I received a call from their office and since they were very familiar with the pump I needed replacing, they gave me an estimate over the phone. We had been dealing with iron/rust problems and not getting problem resolved. A church member recommended Premier. First thing Water Tech. Brennan found was the bladder in tank had ruptured. They also advised us that the tank was still under warranty and there would not be a charge for a new tank. All was well until our 2nd bath shower was being used and the rust/ iron was a big problem. Not very professional don’t use.terrible phone ethics
Russell came out and gave us an estimate for an iron breaker system to get rid of the iron & sulfur and balance the PH. He took the time to explain the system and what it does. They were scheduled 10 days out. Brennen called a day early, which was a nice surprise, and came out and did a fantastic job of the install. He’s friendly, personable and very conscientious of ensuring everything is done right.
