I went to Dr. Panicker when she was part of the practice. Both Dr. Panicker and Dr. Jones are very knowledgeable. Now I see Dr. Jones and she has an excellent bedside manner along with being a skilled problem solver. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.
Dr.Paniker is amazing, Melissa is amazing. Iv been to different places for my medication, etc and they're the best! Very helpful and friendly 😊
I have been a patient at Premier Internists for 5+ years. Dr. Jones care is like no other. She always takes her time during visits, so you never feel rushed. Office staff is phenomenal! I always receive a call back same day whether it is in regards to making an appointment, needing a refill or even a referral. You can tell that both Dr. Jones and her staff genuinely care about each and every one of their patients.
Absolute WORST doctor I have hands down EVER been to. The prescribing doctor refused to give me my medication and then proceeded to hang up on me. If you enjoy spending 2+ hours sitting in a waiting room and being interrogated like you've committed a crime - this is the place for you. I seriously don't know how Dr. Jones even has a medical license to be a prescribing doctor. No wonder all her P.A's leave. DO NOT RECOMMEND for any sort of medical advice or practice.
I have Been going to Dr.Panicker for years along with my whole family. She is so empathetic and professional at the same time and beyond knowledgeable on medicine. The team there Maggie (Office Manager)and Melissa are amazing and beyond helpful. Maggie knows her job inside and out and Melissa is always helpful with appts and messages. When my mother was Ill I knew I could depend on them 100% for anything. Dr. Panicker also was amazing with my daughter when she had a medical illiness that was life threatening.
