I am the owner of policy number 2029758202. I tried to cancel the policy several times before its start date of 01/17/2026, both through the phone number provided in the system and via email to Tyler James. I request the cancellation of my policy and a refund of the deducted amount.
My payment was due on the 7th. Even have a paper saying its due every month on the 7th. I paid it on the 6th. Come to find out my insurance has been cancelled. They will get an earful in the morning!!!!!!
This is an update; i continue to have inssurance with premier insurance. They are always willing to help the best way possible. Thank you lucy for all your hard work.
