I have found the owner and desk to be friendly, professional and actually rather easy to deal with. Internet is not free and this is both stressful and expensive. One time Spectrum was there and the connection was out for almost a day and a half. Fortunately the providing company is always super nice and they worked hard to give us a refund. I STAYED HERE IN JANUARY 2020 & MY CARPETING WAS SPOTLESS AND MY ROOM SMELLED CLEAN AS COULD BE. THE FRONT DESK CLERK AND THE MANAGER GAVE ME EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAD ALL THE AMENITIES INCLUDING A FRIG AT NO EXTRA COST. THERE IS SHOPPING WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE AS WELL. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AND WILL ALWAYS STAY HERE WHEN IN THE AREA. GREAT STAY AND GREAT VALUE. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!
ROOM 222 The place was dirty. My husband put towels down on the carpet so they wouldn't have to walk on it because it turned their socks black. The black seeps through when you get it wet. My husband said the clerk was very unprofessional. The next day the boys went out for the day. When they arrived back at the hotel, they had been locked out of their room, the groceries they had purchased for the trip had been thrown away and all their belongings shoved into plastic garbage bags, including a very expensive piece of medical... read more
