Checked in around 9 on a Tuesday evening after working 12 hours in 100degree heat got into room about 10 mins. as I got back to property a guy asked if he could use my charger for his phone so he could call his wife to come get him. This took about 10 mins. Security seen him leaving my room and said he was not allowed there, I didn't know that I was just trying to be a nice guy and let him they eventually kicked me out saying I had unregistered guest in my room. my last stay I was unsatisfied. I found 3 cockroaches crawling around in the room I was staying in. I had killed one of them. I am very unsatisfied and I will no longer be staying at this motel
Great location, near Metro Center Mall and Castles and Coasters also nice restaurants.
