We love Dr. Adriana Ruiz! Mom is 91, and everyone in this office gives her the best care. They are great at communicating, and following up. Competent, kind, gentle, efficient, and cheerful!
I have had the most incredible experience with the office staff. Their communication is thorough and delivered with kindness. Dr. Yasser is my physician. I was totally impressed and grateful that she wanted to make sure I saw the proper physicians immediately. She was firm, and focused on my entire well being. Came here with my mom the other day. I heard a receptionist tell another one, "This lady always has a frickin' request!" and they were audibly discussing a patient even though the whole waiting room could hear them. Made me really uncomfortable. Isn't that almost a hipaa violation?
Very poor service. I understand having late policies but I do not understand refusing service for being 5 minutes late to an elderly person that is wheelchair bound. These people have no compassion.
I have been going to this Dr for years and think highly of Adrianna Ruiz. She is a very nice and caring lady. The office support team is horrible. I have been with out my medication for over 3 weeks now. My insurance denied my medication because the office staff wrote the wrong information down. I had to get a new Dr and work to fix the total mess up they created. I would not go to these people for anything. Because of my disease and not having my medication I could have a stroke.
