I'm am very pleased with Premier Imports! I can ALWAYS trust Chad to tell me exactly what's wrong with my car. And he's very reasonable with his prices!! I've been going to him for quite a few years and have never had any issues with the repairs done to my car or the employees. What a HORRIBLE experience! My car needed a new starter so we had them tow it to their shop on Friday and got the car back on Wednesday. When I picked up my car the receptionist had her dog up front and was yelling and cussing at it for barking while I was standing right there (told the dog I will beat your A**) SO unprofessional. I have been doing business at Premier for over two years now and Mr. Kitchings has not failed me yet. He is a great mechanic and he knows his work!!! I have a 93 Acura Legend, a Civic, and a TL. He services all three. What a mechanic and the prices are affordable as well.
