I had a very bad experience this time I went to get my mammogram. The lady had a very rude attitude, as a was explaining myself, she hanged up on me. That is not right to treya your clients. I wasn't even screaming, yelling or cuzing. I was disappointed about the misunderstanding issue at the clinic. She didnt have to hang up the phone on me. She didnt even apologized. I know, if you work with customers, still you say sorry about the situation and try to fix it together. But this was not the case.
