Avoid this facility. Take your referral and go somewhere else. Waited for over an hour past the scheduled time for the MRI (with empty stomach, because it is w/ contrast). Insufficient scheduling system or under staff, no idea which one it is but please avoid this facility.
Front desk needs improvement.
Friendly and efficient front desk, friendly technicians, clean facility. Sometimes long waits but generally a great location. Once in a blue moon you can even find parking. Only issue is NYU scheduling can sometimes be inept.
Appointment was 4pm told to arrive by 3:10pm, wasn’t seen until 5pm. 2hr ordeal.
It was the longest wait! 2 hours for MRI. Front desk, totally not helpful.
