I have had several MRI and X-Rays. I could not have asked for better service. Every person was kind and answered all my questions. The front desk took care of all my paperwork and was very efficient. Thank you for making appointment go smoothly
Avoid this facility. Take your referral and go somewhere else. Waited for over an hour past the scheduled time for the MRI (with empty stomach, because it is w/ contrast). Insufficient scheduling system or under staff, no idea which one it is but please avoid this facility.
Front desk needs improvement.
Friendly and efficient front desk, friendly technicians, clean facility. Sometimes long waits but generally a great location. Once in a blue moon you can even find parking. Only issue is NYU scheduling can sometimes be inept.
