I specifically called before to make sure that the X-rays machine works. I was told that it is. After a car service ride I arrived and good enough, the X-ray machine is not working.
Strictly for front desk. Claimed no responcibility nor apologized for advicing the patient the MRI machine was down... Despite receiving a confirmed appointment text earlier that day... If there were phone voicemail restrictions- Then leave a text or the MY-chart messanger. Your office already used these tools to confirm the appointment. Front desk conduct was handled with negligence and with a bad attitude. Do not go here.
I have had several MRI and X-Rays. I could not have asked for better service. Every person was kind and answered all my questions. The front desk took care of all my paperwork and was very efficient. Thank you for making appointment go smoothly
Avoid this facility. Take your referral and go somewhere else. Waited for over an hour past the scheduled time for the MRI (with empty stomach, because it is w/ contrast). Insufficient scheduling system or under staff, no idea which one it is but please avoid this facility.
