Friendly and efficient front desk, friendly technicians, clean facility. Sometimes long waits but generally a great location. Once in a blue moon you can even find parking. Only issue is NYU scheduling can sometimes be inept.
Appointment was 4pm told to arrive by 3:10pm, wasn’t seen until 5pm. 2hr ordeal.
It was the longest wait! 2 hours for MRI. Front desk, totally not helpful.
Truly special combination of slow, unhelpful, and supremely unfriendly front desk staff.
I had a Colonoscopy done & though it is a very uncomfortable & a little embarrassing experience,Dr. CHRIS made me feel Very comfortable & caring!! Thank you, Chris!
