Terrible experience. James took my deposit of 3k and promised a refurbished hot tub in 4-6 weeks. That was 4 months ago. Now they won't answer my calls or contact me. I've been in the store repeatedly. Turning over to my lawyer for a lawsuit and I've lost all the rental income from having a hot tub in my property. James is a dishonest and incompetent businessperson.
James is the Best! After weeks of searching all over the internet, I had read about James at Premier Hot Tubs, having the right answers for Sundance issues. An internet Answer Service thought I needed to replace my main board ($600+) and also the control panel $$$. I called James and he told me what to try and within 5 minutes my spa was fixed!!!! I can't thank you enough James for being there for just a stranger like me ...... THANK YOU !!!!
This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a vendor. Spent an enormous amount of money on a Sundance spa from this dealer and the post sale service has been awful. I have had mechanical issues with the spa and not only does it take weeks to months to get them to respond and come out, but when they do they have no clue how to make the repairs. Arrogant attitude.
