Very personal, polite and informative
O2 Solutions offers fantastic customer service! I’ve had to switch my CPAP masks a few times, and Darren has been there each time to share updates on my progress, ensure a proper fit, and offer helpful recommendations. Since Darren also uses a CPAP machine, he truly understands how important the right equipment is. Every time I’ve called, the rest of the staff has been just as friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
Very bad customer service that grows increasingly frustrated and tones shift and become moody with you when you have issues. Their machines do not have accurate information so if you need accuracy for medical insurance or other medical reasons this wouldn't be a good place to start. I was told I was being sent a new mask style and then told no I wasn't and then told yes I was and it was sent to the wrong address even though I let them know right away that address was not the one it needed to go to. I had a very frustrating experience at this business. I understand that running a family-operated shop can be challenging, but that does not excuse the rude behavior I encountered. I felt spoken down to and disrespected during my interaction. If you are looking for a business that values its customers and treats them with basic kindness, I would look elsewhere.
