I have been a client of this company for 8 years. They used to be a good, dependable, customer focused company. Their the reliability and customer responsiveness have diminished significantly in the last 2-3 yeas. After having supplies delivered routinely for years, now I sometimes do not get some supplies for a couple of months. So disappointed. My father should have had oxygen delivered since Thursday and here it is SATURDAY and now has to wait until Monday. He was told yesterday, Friday, that it would be delivered. What a way to treat an elderly gentleman who suffered a heart attack.
