Gave inaccurate estimate of when repairs would be done, costing me extra money and time. Then when I pick up my car it has an extra scratch and the repairs still have to completed somewhere else. Waste of my time. So frustrated by the experience as well, because of the lack of communication about what really was going on.

Yes I visited Honda today and wasn't treated well I have been bringing my car here for ten years and always have got a discount on my oil change now today some white fella going to tell me they have no discount today he is a damn lier my friend just left here this morning,my car is still in line they are taking car's all around me ,not acceptable I would be looking for another place to do my oil change
Mr. Brian Cowart better known as the "Who Dat Man" was very excellent in making sure I was pleased with my purchase. He was considerate of the time restraint I had that day. He worked tirelessly on my be half as I had to leave the dealership to go to work, placing all in his hands. I am truly satisfied. 🙏
Waiting time is ridiculously long here. It took my husband 4 hours to do an oil change and over $100.
