We currently live in a 20+ year old Modular home and have been trying to build another Modular home for a few years. We liked the Commodor Greenwood floor plan, but could not find a Modular Model Home to look at anywhere in the Midwest. The manufacturer provided us interior pictures of Premier Homes' Julie model (a version of the Greenwood).
