Watch out , this developer is not honest with the neighbors who he builds around. He completely gaslit me about his intentions. Most developers try to accommodate neighbors who have to endure three, four and five months of banging and clanging and dust everywhere in the neighborhood. Not so for this guy.

These builders are a disgrace to the community! They have been building a home next door to me for a year and a half. I have called the premier office I don't know how many times with no return call, they block your driveway, blocl traffic, leave nails everywhere there are currently 5 residents on the street that have nails in their tires, the workers show no courtesy they walk all over my property, block driveways, trash everywhere. You would have better luck building with legos or lincoln logs.
