We bought a house that was advertised as a newly renovated and almost brand new house. The owner of Premier Homes & Contracting Group, LLC, Adam Ewing, bought this foreclosure home from a bank and flipped it for sale. This is the builder of our new construction home we purchased in 2019. Overall, the house is fine, but very poor quality finishing. You can tell the contractors used do not care about making sure things are done correctly, look nice, or will last. We have cracks in our drywall all over the house from poor mud jobs. Walls are crooked. Doors aren't flush with the frame after settling. Our front yard settled in such a way that we have a giant crater near our sewer drain. They dont pay there contracter and give the run around about payments. Company address listed doesnt match actual location and poor customer service. They are ripping and running and claim to be a Christian family owned company.
