If you want to pay hundreds in HOA fees just to have none of the regulations enforced and be completely ignored by the HOA company when you report violations then Premier Homes is for you! If you want to see what I mean, drive through the Waters and Plains of Milan in Sellersburg IN and just look at all the neon green garbage cans littered throughout the neighborhood. Trashcans are not supposed to be visible except on trash day. However, Premier and HOA company they hired don’t care and don’t correct the issues.
It is widely known this company builds cheap quality homes and takes shortcuts. They do not take the necessary measures to ensure that proper drainage is in place before a neighborhood is built. They did this in Elk Run and Waters of Milan. Ellingsworth Commons is one of the worst neighborhoods I have ever been to. My cousin's house in this neighborhood has so many issues that this company refuses to fix! I thought Premier Homes was the best until I experienced a water leak from my guest bathroom toilet over the weekend. After a cross country move approximately two months ago, I felt pretty confident that I was working with premier builders. It appears that once all monies were collected after selling a house that set on the market for 4 months. Premier homes wasn’t even kind enough to replace a toilet in my guest bathroom that had an apparent leak from the water tank. This was due to the tank missing apparent washers and wat... read more
