This company is very prejudiced and don’t care for black workers or Hispanic. They very old fashion and discriminative. I’d say they also expect you to put the company first before your family. Id recommend not dealing with these folks also if you care for your safety, they expect you to ride in company vehicles. While having guys with suspended or dangerous driving records. Will not stop calling, and then when I do answer they do not say anything! Who even are these people, leave me alone!
I ordered 2 doors in May 2024. Installed in July. That part went smoothly. However, no one left any paperwork. All I have is a loan installment agreement. I was told from the start that I could claim the Tax Energy Credit. When I looked it up, the product has to have the Blue Star energy symbol. I don't see it. You also have to have the price of the most expensive door, including installation. They had someone show up yesterday to offer to do an analysis. Set the appointment for today and they no called no showed.
