Once again, I believe this was the fifth time, i had this company renovating my home. They’ve completely renovated two bathrooms, replaced doors and windows, new flooring in living room and dining room and painting. This time was new flooring and painting in my bedroom. Every time Charlie and his crew work in my home the results are perfect. They are professional, friendly and expert in their work. At the end of every day the area they work in is cleaned. They never fail to exceed my expectations!
Premier home remodeling did a amazing job on a big renovation we had done on our home. We had our unfinished basement, kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeled. Charles and the crew were professional, clean, and super friendly. They had great suggestions, and designed our kitchen a way me and my husband never thought could be done. Our bathrooms are beautiful, and our basement is a great new living space to our home. We will definitely use them again and will be recommending them to all of our family and friends. Check the Suffolk county license website ( I wish I did) and see they have had licenses revoked under Charles' wife Jennifer for a flooring company and MANY other failed businesses . Awful experience with Premier Home Remodeling and Charles SR/JR. We had very high hopes of an amazing renovation. Minor issues came up which were expected as this was a large job but they took no blame on poor work. They always claimed it was a "bad product" or "it looked perfect when we left". A 7 week job turned into 10 months. We were still left with an unleveled floor that’s separating , a cabinet order that never fully came and frustration every time we come home. NOTHING was EVER their fault, it was always deflected. Their workers and electrician had no respect for our house and they never cleaned anything. Work that we were paying for was forgotten about and then they tried talking us into liking it the original way better instead of just admitting a mistake.
