You better have a large bank account to afford them. 20k for floors only 750 sq ft. I could get hard wood floors for less. Then they text you the next day saying they can get you a better price if you take over stock flooring. Thanks but no thanks. Very few colors to pick from. Better choices at home depot and lowes. This 1 hr of your time turned into closer to 2 hrs. Out of 5 different flooring companies they were almost 5k more then the most expensive quote.
Although I was turned down for financing, I will get my credit rating up and try again. The evaluator was wonderful and educated me on the product’s making me really happy that I didn’t go with the first company I spoke with.
