Buyer beware! This is the worst, most inept, unorganized, dishonest company I have ever hired. The salesman Paul promised quality, service and a bathroom that I never got. I paid $18,000 for: installers that had no ideal what they were doing, installers that didn't ever show up when they said they would, or not at all. This company is horrible to work with. I would turn around and run. I have been waiting 4 months for someone to contact me about the errors that need to fixed in my bathroom. I have texted and left messages but no one returns my messages. I am so frustrated with this company and regret doing business with them. When will I be contacted?!?

There are 2 stars because the actual shower is nice.... BUT... it was installed 5/16/25, my birthdate. and until now... 8/28/25 the shower doors are still an insult to my character and my intelligence!!!!! Well, it took much longer than 3 weeks to even start the door, and after they finally finished, 7/3/25.. THEY LOOK LIKE AN AMATURE JOB!!! Seriously, I've been complaining and sent in photos of this atrocity.. they been coming back to fix the several problems, including two leaking areas, door not right size, they left part... read more
