6/15 - 2 weeks have passed since tech came to make repair and no issues afterwards! Thanks to Kyle, shower door is now fixed! 6/2 - Had tech come and work on the shower door. 5/20/2026 - Was contacted by Kyle and he reassured me that the design flaw will be fixed as soon as possible. Will wait and see 5/19/2026 - Haven't heard from them about fixing the design flaw that allows shower door to dangerously scrape and move/shake entire glass panel. Premier Home Pros is a terrible company with lying salesmen and indifference to customer service issues. Salesman messed up my loan terribly and lied about it. Lost $600 because a second loan was started after a first one was initiated. Salesman admitted there was a massive error, promised to fix, but ultimately did nothing. Pan of tube to shower conversion was scratched in three places. Premier Home Pros never returned calls or attempted to remedy situation/damage.
