Horrible scammers. Know nothing about installing showers. They want your money, that's it. They hire subcontractors' handymen to do your work with no oversite and they ask you for more money. Does not care about your complaints. They act like they are untouchable. They sent 3 different handymen to fix a shower door they just install. A company with the nerves to quote you $20,000 for a shower, does not have 1 competent installer inhouse. Shameless. I am so disgusted with them.
BEWARE OF PREMIER HOME PROS, LLC! They use deceptive practices to get your business and then don’t follow through with what is in their contract. They use high pressure sales tactics including offering numerous discounts that will go away if you don’t sign that day. Also be aware of the “mold meter” they scan your bathroom walls with during their presentation. The representative who came to my home assured me that they were properly licensed. They appear to be operating illegally in Florida. Homeowners need to be aware that they are at risk when doing business with an unlicensed contractor.

Recommending Rob Harley of Premier Home Pros who presented us with details of a new walk in shower. Very knowledgeable and thorough checking all the required boxes needed for a professional install. We reviewed materials , colors, design, shower heads, seats, grab bars and door options! We also had decided to add a ADA toilet and new vinyl floor to finish of the upgrade. All aspects Rob was able to guide us through. Ta hanks Rob for the great experience!
