I have never experienced such excellent customer care from a healthcare provider. These days, providers are so quick to send you to collections; this company, especially Carol and the owner, worked with me for months to persuade my insurance company (the Blues - BOO!) that they were obligated to pay this claim. Finally, after filing a grievance, they did agree to pay, and I am able to keep the TENS unit. I heartily recommend this company!
