They are the best ..I worked for this agency and I was treated with respect and loyalty ..til I got COVID and was never called back...I try to get my hours back and they never called me back but still give them a 5 star because they always helped me in my worst..Treated my patient with respect and made sure they were happy .I hope they rehire me and can call me back with hours.I was very loved by my client when I was not called 2 of my clients son and daughter said to me why I'm not with the company ? When my family first used Premier, we were very happy with them. The companion my mom had was a perfect fit...for almost 10 years! This woman was the one who was the professional...on time, never called out, always willing to cover for others that always call out. After the company stopped allowing her to work, my mom went downhill quickly. The company was very unreliable, there were always no shows and the company would call and say they had no one to send to my mom's!!! Outrageous, unacceptable, unbelievable.
