Had an appointment for someone to come to my Dad’s for and assessment, no one showed. I called at 3:30 to find out who and when they’d be coming, no one knew anything said they’d call me back. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK!! I called again at 4:30. Again, no one knew anything. Said I’d get a call back. Nothing!!!! Terrible terrible terrible!
The staff was very rude, and when I called the 888 number they were rude also...I will never recomend this company to anyone...They dont care if customers die in there sleep. They just care about there paycheck and not helping the public.
Any option for zero stars? My mother was dead in her home for a week under their care, while this company tried calling her MANY times concerned. But never let her emergency contacts (who live in different cities) know they could not get a hold of her. The PT and nurse both tried and tried (including stopping by her home) and no answer 😔
