Amazing experience with this team, after going under contract with a very complicated loan application and so we had ups and down with underwriting to a point we thought we wouldn't going to able to get the loan but Premier Home Funding kept fighting along with us through out the process and even escalated our loan to underwriting management in order to get the final approval. Jason Rutland and his team, particularly Aja Mangum, set a new standard for us in terms of both new mortgage and refinancing. Cynterra is very informative, patient and kind. She made me feel like I was the most important and the only client she had at the time. She took her time and worked around my schedule.
