Asked to speak to a certain employee but was for some reason not allowed, I asked the girl on the phone several times if I could speak to that employee and she kept saying I don't know who you're wanting, I describe the lady and where her desk was, since that's where she's ALWAYS sat, but after asking again, several times to speak to this "friendly" worker I was for some reason not allowed, so now I will take my business else where. This place doesn't care about you. They will order things you do not ask for and tell you that you have to pay. They will put you on payment plans that you don't authorize and send you around in circles and still not fix their mistakes and continue to charge you for things you don't order. Do not use this company. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with

My husband has been getting oxygen, CPAP and nebulizer supplies from here for several years and we've NEVER had any issues. We've called after hours and always had prompt service. Fast service with friendly people from the front desk to the guys doing service calls. I just got put on a CPAP and nocturnal air and got quick service as well. Will always recommend them over others.

Called a few days ago they were going to call me right back which they never have. After reading the other reviews I think I better go somewhere else
