They were so great caring for my grandmother when she was in their care. The executive director had great recommendations for hospice and Assisted Living when it became time.
Premier Home care and my caregiver are simply the best. There isn't anyone out there that does a better job. They really do care and put their heart into what they do.
If I could leave a zero star I would. This agency is absolutely horrible.Not only did they give us a fourteen day end of service notice but it was sent via text, after they told the case manager for my mom. I had called the case manager to complain about the communication we were not getting, and to see if she could help. She called them and this was their answer was they had to terminate service because they did not have anybody for my mom, I know for a fact two of their caregivers specifically told them they could take my ... read more
