Byron Came by today to install the new bed rails. He was friendly, quick and efficient as always. He's definitely my favorite tech.
Staff was rude and very unprofessional. Waited a month to get in after my sleep study understandable but then took off work to arrive at my appt to only be told the appointment was canceled related to a call in! Then instead of having a back up or trying to squeeze me in they want me to wait another 3 weeks before I could get another appointment.
