Took a year to schedule this appointment and wasn't able to get the provider I wanted. Dr. Pareek was condescending, and none of the medical team took my medical history or looked at the records I brought. I need a refill for my prescription since last week the pharmacy said they send out a refill about my medication twice to them and no answer I call like always a answering machine. 9 days know and I haven’t took my prescription yet

Been trying to make an appointment for almost two weeks now. Disclosed a sensitive document to them and now they just have access to it without me being in their care. I’m really upset about this as I signed off for them to tell me my next steps in treatment. Receptionist said they don’t make appointments unless you disclose the information. We can’t get the scheduling department to return our calls for my wife's treatment.. I have called 6 times over a 5 day period, no answer and no return calls, this seems very unprofessional to us.
