We couldn't have been happier with the service we received. Majid was polite and helpful right from the word 'go' and on the final day we were joined by Fin, who was also polite and helpful. Majid explained everything to us in simple language. He tidied up each evening before going home. He had a massive job on his hands, as the exterior wall was thicker than expensive and he had a really hard job getting the drill through it to create a 100 cm dia hole. Massive shout out to Paul and the team! Just finished a big project replacing our entire heating and hot water system, including all of our radiators. Not an easy job, but Paul never once complained. Utmost respect for our house, positive, very neat and tidy, and clearly someone who really takes pride in his work and doing a job well. We were kept updated every step of the way and Paul was always very honest about what was happening. Paul and the team at Premier Heating were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole installation process - we couldn’t be happier. From the thorough and comprehensive quoting, to simply delivering everything they said they would, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly. They were respectful of our house, our schedules and our time. They made sure to explain anything as required so that we felt fully comfortable with things every step of the way. Thank you Premier Heating. The engineer you sent to replace our towel rail and to tidy up an ugly pipe installed by a British Gas Contractor was excellent. He was courteous, efficient and left everything clean and tidy. He kept us informed all the time and we would definitely use your firm again, in fact, you had already been recommended to us.
