Boiler stopped working contacted Premier, they set up appointment around me for two days later could have been sooner had I wanted. Arrived got it going then ordered two parts came back a week later and made good the failed parts. Totally great service, highly recommend using these guys.
Keeps parking there van on other peoples property. Cambridge court for example. Got locked in as couldnt reverse out. As cant be bothered to get parking permit and park on adequate spaces. So lets park in private parking and have no regard for the residents that actually live here.
Our hot water cylinder decided to spring a leak and so we were left without hot water. I called Premier Heating the next day and they were able to order a replacement and fit it the following day! Our engineer Alex was courteous, knowledgable and efficifient and completed the work within 3 hours! I can't praise him or the company enough, fantastic service and at a good price. Will definitely use them again if required.
