I had a great experience with this A/C company! They actually answered the phone right away, and were able to send someone out quickly to fix my issue. The owner was great on the phone; and the technician was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. On top of that, their prices were very reasonable compared to other companies I’ve called. I really appreciate the fast, reliable service and will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!
We had a leak in our A/C unit in the attic. Premier had appointments available, even same day. Gabriel thoroughly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away after getting our permission to proceed.

Had an appointment for a system tune-up! Waited 2 hours for the tech to arrive! No show ,no call, nothing! Texted them to find out why they didn't show up ,didn't answer back! Terrible company !
AC stopped working late in the afternoon. I called Abel at 5pm and his team arrived to our home within an hour. They troubleshooted the problem and had us back up and running by 7pm. They were extremely responsive, reasonably priced, and went out of their way to help. This is my go-to AC company.
