The company was called on a Monday morning ( not a weekend ) the Tech arrived at 3:00, he and the owner discussed why the ac was not coming on and the possibility of it being the the start-up capacitor . The Tech checked and replaced the capacitor and checked the Freon level. He then presented me with a bill for &395 and left at 3:25. I then checked with Granger, the capacitor was less than $ 20, there price was $172???????

We can't say enough about Premier! Called for service on our cabin furnace. Technician came out the same day, found his way in from our instructions as we weren't up there, and had us up and running in less than a 1/2 hour. Polite, great communication. Thanks again, Premier Heating and Cooling, you're the best!
What a quality company! Accidently put a door ding in my vehicle while doing some service work. The technician let me know what happened. Received call from owner that they would pay for the repair. That is A1 customer service. Love doing business with Premier.
