Mark donated an hvac system to a silent auction. I wasn’t sure if it would work for my house, so I contacted him (the silent auction started and ended the next day). He came out right after our phone call, late evening, to make sure everything would work for a unit that he donated. I never experienced customer service like that before. We ended up wanting an American Standard unit, and it was installed by the next week. The guys were so friendly, even threw the ball for our 1.5 year old lab. Top notch company to work with! Mark made the process of a replacement heat pump painless!!!! He kept us informed..explained everything. They were neat, worked efficiently and were so polite! My husband and I were over the top impressed with Mark and his crew!!!!! So thankful to have a heating and air comping who we can depend on!!!

Premier did an outstanding job of replacing our old heat pump/air handler. They showed up right when they said they would, took great care of our house while they were here, and made quick work of a somewhat complicated install. They're great people that treat you like family. I'd recommend them without reservation.
