I called Mark when my original company had a recurring issue they couldn't fix over the course of three seasons. From the time he answered the phone to my appointment was only two days. It could've been quicker, but I had a scheduling conflict. Mark and his team were out at my house, and diagnosed the issue down to a warranty repair item after telling me a few different things the issue could've been.
