Our unit wasn’t functioning properly and he found out the problem fairly quickly. It was fixed in a timely manner and is functioning great now.

EDITED: The new part installed went out after a week. Not their fault. However, not getting the part in was their fault. The first week, we discovered the part was never ordered. The second week, we discovered the new part was sitting on the service manager's desk. Excuse me???? "Daniel" who answers the phone has never followed up. We have had to do all the calling.
