New owner! Will charge me without or check my insurance. . Never pick up thr phone. Dont follow up. They total forgot about annual check up.. very upset service.

My father & I had a wonderful experience at the Adobe Hearing Center. My father was visiting from out of town and had a broken hearing aid. Karen took excellent care of my father's hearing aid, and ensured everything was working correctly so he could hear at my son's graduation. She also took the time to verify the warranty status, stocked him up with batteries, and took us in last minute without an appointment hours before the big event. Thank you Karen for everything...you were amazing and really made my father's day!

I've had to wear hearing aids all my life and have been to plenty of hearing centers for my hearing needs. Although the staff were all cheerful and courteous, I did not feel like they treated me as a priority. I broke my old aids, and came in as a new customer for replacement ones. They scheduled an appointment simply to discuss what kind of aids I needed, they scheduled another appointment for a hearing test, another appointment was scheduled for casting the ear-molds, and then the final appointment for the final fitting of... read more

I took my 87 year old mother to see Dr. Cheek for a new ear mold and hearing aid check. Dr. Cheek was an excellent listener and extraordinarily patient. All of the staff were friendly and respectful. We plan to use Adobe Hearing Center for all of our audiological needs in the future. I highly recommend Adobe Hearing Center.
