Arrived 15 minutes early, completed paperwork. No waiting period. Staff was very polite and helpful.
Met Sara today and she conducted a very extensive and thorough hearing test to determine my current level of hearing loss. She was very patient and professional while helping me understand each element of test while analyzing the results in order to improve my hearing. I brought in my older pair of True Hearing aids for analysis and she was able to program them to match my needs from the test she administered . Have been seeing Dr Sanborn for years as well as other family members. She very knowledgeable and helped diagnose a problem I was having years ago and just occurred recently again. Would highly recommend her as the best audiologist. Her receptionist, Nancy, is very friendly and very helpful as well.
Dr Kimberly Sanborn is a great Audiologist. She tested my hearing, explained the types of loss in each ear. Offered options and explained the differences in the aids. Worked with me on comfort and taking care of them. Didn't know how bad I needed them until I came home and had to turn the volume on the TV waaaay down. I recommended her to friends.
