Great service and product
Ron was very thorough and provided me with a detailed explanation of my needs. He explained how my insurance works and how to get supplies. He offered follow up service and also offered to help me with any issues. I was completely satisfied with Ron and would recommend him for your hearing needs.
I would not recommend this business at this point. We went almost 3 months ago and had hearing evaluations, paid our portion for a hearing aid for my husband, to date the provider still has not submitted the appropriate documentation to the provider and insurance for authorization to order the hearing aid. Nor has he bothered to inform us of any problems, so poor customer service!
