It doesn't make sense at all for them to be always double booking patients that needs to be seen. After they double book you , you are only seen for 30 mins. Because you are expresing that to them they dont want to see you as a patient. On top of it. They don't even know what you had to do to go to your appointments. They only care about certain type of people. Forget about others that try to get help. They waste my money taking the train to come to my appointment. Horrible service
I've been going to this clinic for over 4 years. The female security guard was always kind and respectful when I get in and out the building. The receptionist staff always greeted me when I came up to the 8th floor and checked me in for my psychiatry and psycho therapy appointments. I even had group therapy for a short time and it helped me with my social skills. The clinic is in a very accessible location in terms of public transportation.
