My first initial review was taken down about 9 months ago. I used to love coming to Premier as agency years ago. The facility has went down hill and management is not very honest or friendly. I called off from a shift due to personal reasons beyond my control and I was lied on by upper management who said I no call no showed which caused me to get a DNR. I absolutely love this facility! It is nestled in a quiet setting of New Harmony with a home like feel. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond to make sure your loved one is taken care of. They also have a Dementia/Alzheimers unit that is the perfect place for those needing placement with ongoing activities and secure locked unit. Would highly recommend this facility!!

I am at this facility a couple of times a week and I am so impressed with the friendly, kind, caring, and knowledgeable staff at each visit. I love the small “hometown” feel and even the other guests in the building are so friendly. It is not uncommon to walk down the halls and hear laughter - such a pleasant change from the norm! I wouldn’t hesitate bringing my own family members here when that time comes!

Premier Healthcare has been wonderful to my MIL since moving in months ago. She has a wonderful room with a window looking out into a garden. She loves being able to see out and enjoy all the birds that visit her feeders daily. The staff have been nothing but kind and helpful!! I can also say they take pride in cleanliness and going above for their residents whoch was very important to us. They have lots of activities throughout the week and events for not only residents but for the family aswel!
