My first initial review was taken down about 9 months ago. I used to love coming to Premier as agency years ago. The facility has went down hill and management is not very honest or friendly. I called off from a shift due to personal reasons beyond my control and I was lied on by upper management who said I no call no showed which caused me to get a DNR. I absolutely love this facility! It is nestled in a quiet setting of New Harmony with a home like feel. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond to make sure your loved one is taken care of. They also have a Dementia/Alzheimers unit that is the perfect place for those needing placement with ongoing activities and secure locked unit. Would highly recommend this facility!!

I am at this facility a couple of times a week and I am so impressed with the friendly, kind, caring, and knowledgeable staff at each visit. I love the small “hometown” feel and even the other guests in the building are so friendly. It is not uncommon to walk down the halls and hear laughter - such a pleasant change from the norm! I wouldn’t hesitate bringing my own family members here when that time comes!
