Only recently I recovered from birth trauma Franciscan caused me. I was refused to get an epidural, even though I was eligible for it. I was poured pitocin into (which made the pain unbearable), and left for an hour in the room with nurse that was typing something in her computer, and didn’t help me at all. I'm really dissapointed from the people at the front desk and doctors for not informing us on costs associated with genetic testing and how much we have to pay from our pocket. Even after insurance deduction its exorbitantly high and could easily disrupt your financial planing. I m expecting least Franciscan can do is to give heads up on cost involved. It would be great to have these information prior from Franciscan than later.
Everyone in this building is super helpful and goes above and beyond!
Knutsen herself and staff are awesome. Definitely could set an example for the rest of Franciscan health network.
