Friendly staff, short wait times...My first exam was very thorough & all of my concerns/questions were addressed.
I was not happy because I had left several messages prior to scheduled appointment, and no one returned my call until a day after the appointment.
My prescriptions are never sent to the correct pharmacy. I have written and told everyone that my pharmacy is CVS at 5801 Central Avenue. With the exception of Eliquis that goes to Publix on 66th street. Everything has gotten all screwed up as a result of these errors. One time they were all sent to some random Walgreens specialty pharmacy on Central Avenue. I have NEVER used Walgreens and had specifically requested CVS on Central Avenue.
