I went in with a clogged up ear which surfaced after flying to South Carolina. The PA said ear infection and called in a couple of prescriptions. I took a weeks worth of pills and waited a few days but the situation did not improve. I called back hoping for some drops or something to relieve this problem. They said since it had been over a week I would have to come in and plunk down another $96. to be "evaluated" again.
