Training to become a lifeguard was horrible. First you pay almost 200$ just to get your time wasted. The instructor was very unprofessional and got mad when people asked questions. How can you get upset when you are here to teach us. They give you a time range of how long the course will be, JUST TO GO OVERTIME BY 3-4 HOURS. Course was supposed to end at 6pm we didn’t finish until 9-10pm without even finishing all the safety precautions. Phi Tran is an amazing instructor. He kept the class fun, engaging and and very informative throughout. I’m not a great presenter, but he gave me tips and tools to use and by the end of the class I was feeling confident standing up and instructing our class.
This hands-on training was an exciting experience, but insanely overpriced, and should rather be paid training by the company to new and returning employees instead of forcing the employees to pay. The online training needs a simplified makeover. The “textbook” felt like reading a big novel with unclear language. Simplify the training modules with sticking with the most important content, as well as simplifying the testing material. This online training was not user-friendly.

My teacher named Ash was amazing and explained everything so so well the other staff were also amazing I am usually a slow learner but they explained in so much detail that I was able to follow along super well. Facility was super clean everything very organized. I just love this company and everyone in it I have had amazing experiences with everyone and can't wait to start working here after this course.
