Frequent side conversations of instructors seemed to dominate attention. Timeliness and professionalism was not of priority. In fact, one seasoned guard was asked to leave the class due to poor behavior. I personally could account for several others who did not take responsibility for their similar behavior. The Premier Health & Safety Instructor was thorough & engaging. She took the time to make sure all the students were comprehending the fundamentals & applying the practical application of the required elements to be a certified Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED responder as well as how to identify emergencies that required basic wound treatment & treat for shock. I would highly recommend this course to all of my friends & family.
Three people from our company took the Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED Course with Instructor Heather and we were all very happy with her instruction. Not only was she knowledgeable in the material, she was also very personable, patient, engaging, and excellent all around. I have taken this course a few times before, but never left with a thorough understanding or feeling as confident as I did when I took it here. Highly recommend this class and this location to anyone out there. The material is very useful.
I took the CPR & AED class. I really enjoyed this course, location, and instructor Heather Robertson. The split learning portion made the in class portion quick and easy. There were signs up showing where the class was so it was an easy location to find. Heather did a great job teaching the course and was very knowledgeable and professional.
The class was excellent. We only had three people in the class. The instructor provided rationale for why we followed certain protocols. The Instructor was knowledgeable and thorough. Although, this was probably about my 15th BLS class I learned quite a bit and it was by far the best. It was also helpful because we could learn from other students in class. The blended learning forum helped you to be prepared and gain more from the hands-on portion. The online portion was fun.
